The month of March is dedicated to St Joseph

The month of March (Overview – Calendar) is dedicated to St. Joseph. We don’t know much about him except what is mentioned in the Gospels. Joseph was the husband of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the foster-father of Jesus. Holy Scripture proclaims him as a “just man,” and the Church has turned to Joseph for his patronage and protection. Beware of Phone and Email Scams – DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FOR PAYMENTS

Unfortunately in this day and age, scammers are using social media to collect information to use against you. What is worse is that they target church goers, by creating a phoney email addresses and sending emails out disguised as the pastor or staff asking for your help.  Someone might ask you to pay for something by putting money on a gift card and then giving them the numbers on the back of the card.
